Position: Sales executive

Level – T0

Experience – Minimum 0-2 years of experience

Age Criteria – Max 21 – 26 years

Location – Mumbai ( Andheri & Thane) , Gurgaon, Pune ( Baner)

 

Qualification – Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Mandatory – Two Wheeler

 

About the role:

Looking for Sales Executive with an outgoing personality with courteous behavior and skill set to convince customers to fulfill the company targets

Job responsibilities:

 

·        End to end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads

·        Scheduling and conducting property site visit

·        Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential tenant and eventual deal closing

·        Maintain and update database of daily activities as per company standards

·        Expand the offline broker network & maintain healthy relation aimed towards better/swift deal closing


A successful candidate for this role requires:

·        Excellent communication, skills written and verbal. Proficient in both Hindi & English

·        MS office

·        Customer relationship

·        Sales & Negotiations

·        Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence

Compensation:

·        Fixed: (depending on interview) < Minimum 3.0 LPA – Maximum 3.3LPA

·        Incentives on sales revenue
