       Role : Interior Designer – Sales & Design

About the role:

This role will be a combination of Designing and Sales. The eligible candidate should be efficient in design aspects and should be able to handle customer in terms of closing the deal related to designing aspects. The real sales skills need to be exhibited while assisting a customer in navigating a customer choice in choosing the right the design

         Job Description

1. Managing and maintaining sales operations by pitching & designing.

2. Outlining and managing sales budgets.

3. Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and - providing detailed sales forecasting.

4. Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.

5. Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership -team at company meetings.

6. Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.

7. Managing/leading sales & design discussions. - Output: Managing their productivity & work output.

8. Customer experience & relationship management.

9. Handling sales & designing for 5-6 projects month-on-month.

10. Managing smooth transition of leads.

11.Assisting clients with appropriate material selection from the market.

12. Should have good knowledge on Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape, 3DS Max.

13.Good and confident communication skills in English.

14. Should be up-to-date with material knowledge as per current market trend.

15. Should be able to handle escalations at all fronts.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or equivalent

4+ years' of relevant work experience General business skills

Requires reasoning ability and good independent judgment Work Location - Mumbai
