Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive Interior Designer for a full-time position located in Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The role involves designing spaces that reflect clients' personalities while leveraging the company's expertise to deliver top-notch design solutions in line with our high standards of aesthetics and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in modular design and interior design is mandatory, ensuring that all projects meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Ability to devise comprehensive design strategies that effectively balance client needs with creative flair and practicality.
• Strong contract negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships and secure advantageous terms for project execution.
• Expertise in budgeting to efficiently allocate resources and control costs while maintaining quality and design integrity.
• Capability in 3D visualization to effectively present design concepts and renderings to clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with Revit software to develop detailed design plans and streamline the drafting process for interior spaces.
• Knowledge in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection to curate optimal design solutions and functionality for clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in project teams, balancing multiple tasks and priorities within tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and present interior design concepts that align with client briefs and project goals.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to coordinate design projects from conception to completion.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and aesthetics.
• Conduct site visits and oversee installations to ensure design fidelity and address any arising issues promptly.
• Research and source materials and products, staying abreast of emerging trends in design and architecture.
• Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and a client-focused approach throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present detailed design reports, plans and models to articulate design solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to a creative and collaborative work environment, sharing insights and providing mentorship to junior team members.
