Key Responsibilities:

Photography:

1. Shoot High-Quality Photographs:

3. Capture high-resolution images for marketing, advertising, social media, events, and other college activities.
4. Work with the team to understand the visual requirements and deliver consistent, on-brand photography.
5. Capture portraits, candid shots, campus events, and special occasions.
6. Photo Editing:

8. Edit and retouch photos to ensure they are visually appealing and meet the college’s branding standards.
9. Enhance and adjust images in post-production using photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.
10. Manage Photo Library:

12. Organize and maintain an archive of photos, ensuring they are accessible for future use.
13. Maintain and update the photo database regularly.

Video Editing:

1. Video Production:

3. Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various purposes, including promotional videos, event highlights, advertisements, and educational content.
4. Work with the marketing team to create videos that align with the college’s branding and communication strategy.
5. Post-production:

7. Edit raw footage to create professional-grade videos, including color grading, sound editing, and visual enhancement.
8. Sync audio with video, apply transitions, special effects, and add captions as necessary.
9. Audio and Sound Editing:

11. Ensure high-quality audio, including sound effects, background music, and voiceover, is incorporated into videos.
12. Clean up audio files for clarity and overall video quality.

Motion Graphics and Animation:

1. Create Motion Graphics:

3. Develop creative and visually engaging motion graphics for video content, advertisements, and social media platforms.
4. Design and animate logos, titles, lower thirds, and other visual elements to enhance video content.
5. Visual Storytelling:

7. Use motion graphics to tell compelling stories and convey messages in an engaging manner.
8. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure motion graphics align with the overall visual style and branding of the institution.
9. 3D Animation (if applicable):

11. Create and integrate 3D animations and visual effects to elevate video production.
12. Work with relevant software to produce high-quality, innovative animations for a variety of media.

Collaboration & Creativity:

1. Work with Marketing & Creative Teams:
2. Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and branding teams to ensure visual content supports the overall marketing goals.
3. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, innovative ideas for content.
4. Adhere to Brand Guidelines:
5. Ensure that all photographic and video content adheres to the college’s brand guidelines and standards.
6. Stay updated on industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant.

Project Management:

1. Timely Delivery:

3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure the timely delivery of all photography, video, and motion graphics content.
4. Ensure proper communication and understanding of project timelines and deliverables with the team.
5. Equipment Management:

8. Stay updated with new photography and video technologies and tools.
