Position Title: Digital Marketing & Field Marketing Head

Location: Inspiria Knowledge Campus, Siliguri

Type: Full-time, Leadership Role

Reports To: Managing Trustee

Role Overview

Inspiria Knowledge Campus is committed to bridging education with professional excellence. As the Digital Marketing & Field Marketing Head, you will lead strategic efforts to amplify our brand presence, enhance student enrollment, and create a strong connection between the campus and its audience—both online and offline. This role combines the analytical, innovative approach of digital marketing with the on-ground, interpersonal nature of field marketing to build a cohesive strategy that drives results.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in creating integrated campaigns, leveraging data for decision-making, and mentoring teams to deliver outcomes aligned with the campus's mission of preparing students for industry readiness.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to promote the courses, events, and unique offerings of Inspiria across platforms like social media, email, search engines, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to ensure Inspiria consistently ranks high on search engines, driving organic traffic and visibility.
  • Design engaging, informative content, including blogs, videos, and campaigns, tailored to resonate with students, parents, and industry professionals.
  • Track and analyze digital marketing metrics (e.g., lead generation, ROI, engagement rates) and continuously refine campaigns for better results.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in digital education marketing and implement innovative approaches to stay competitive.


Field Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Strategize and execute impactful field marketing initiatives such as career fairs, campus events, workshops, and outreach programs to connect with prospective students and stakeholders.
  • Partner with schools, coaching centers, and community organizations to build awareness of Inspiria's courses and offerings.
  • Drive on-ground campaigns, including live seminars, orientation sessions, and meet-and-greet opportunities for faculty and students.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to align field marketing efforts with Inspiria’s broader goals and messaging.

Campaign Integration

  • Create synergy between digital and field marketing strategies, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment and outreach objectives.
  • Develop cohesive marketing campaigns that connect with students at various touchpoints—from digital inquiries to on-ground events.

Budget Management

  • Strategically allocate and manage the marketing budget across digital and field marketing efforts to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Provide regular budget utilization reports and optimize resource allocation to prioritize high-impact campaigns.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance across channels, interpret data trends, and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
  • Regularly present reports on lead generation, student acquisition, and engagement metrics, highlighting areas for improvement.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with Inspiria’s vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with faculty, industry partners, and alumni to build impactful campaigns and initiatives.
  • Foster a results-driven culture while encouraging creativity and innovation within the team.

Brand Awareness & Community Engagement

  • Amplify Inspiria’s position as a leading knowledge campus by promoting thought leadership and industry readiness initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, and industry professionals, through tailored engagement strategies.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct regular market research to identify student needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, using insights to refine Inspiria’s marketing approach.
  • Stay attuned to changes in the education sector, identifying opportunities to differentiate Inspiria’s offerings.

Key Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years in digital marketing, field marketing, or related roles, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership capacity. Experience in the education industry is a strong advantage.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in digital platforms and tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and digital content creation best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and events.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and building cohesive marketing teams.
  • Analytical Ability: Comfort in working with data and generating actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Creativity: A visionary mindset with the ability to implement fresh, innovative marketing strategies.
