Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HRMS Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HRMS, technical development (Forms, Reports, PL/SQL), and a sound understanding of core HRMS modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with functional teams to support and enhance existing HRMS applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports specific to HRMS requirements.
• Write and optimize PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages to support HR processes.
• Collaborate with HRMS functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HRMS modules like Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, iRecruitment, etc.
• Participate in system testing, bug fixing, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Ensure technical documentation and adherence to development standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS Technical (Forms, Reports, Workflows)
• Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL development
• Good understanding of HRMS module functionalities and data structures
• Exposure to AOL (Application Object Library) concepts
• Experience working with personalizations and extensions
• Ability to understand and debug existing customizations and reports
