We are seeking a Bar Manager / Mixologist to join our team in THE FERN, Udaipur, A FAMILY LOUNGE CUM BAR. This is a full-time position that combines expertise in bar management with advanced mixology skills. The ideal candidate will have up to 5-7 years of relevant work experience and will bring creativity and leadership to enhance our bar's reputation and services.

• In-depth beverage knowledge (Mandatory skill) is crucial to manage and innovate the bar menu effectively.
• Proficiency in cocktail crafting to develop unique drinks that enhance customer experience.
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management for efficient ordering and stock control.
• Strong customer service skills to build a welcoming atmosphere for patrons and handle customer inquiries.
• Experience in menu development to ensure seasonal and innovative offerings are regularly updated.
• Thorough understanding of bar operations, including cash handling, staff scheduling, and maintenance.
