Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Administrator to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation, security, and efficiency. The IT Administrator will oversee network systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and support end-users while implementing IT policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates and patches.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Maintain data backups and disaster recovery solutions to prevent data loss.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies, including access controls and threat mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support, maintenance, and procurement.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across different platforms.
• Provide IT training and support to employees on various tools and software.
• Keep up to date with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements for system efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in IT administration, system support, or network management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with networking protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and IT compliance standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support end-users effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
