Location: New Friends Colony, Delhi

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Alternate Saturdays working)

Open Positions & Compensation

We're currently hiring for our talent acquisition department across multiple experience levels:

  • Associate Talent Acquisition (1-3yr years experience): Up to ₹30,000 per month
  • Talent Acquisition Specialist (3+ years experience): Up to ₹35,000 per month
  • Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (5+ years experience): Up to ₹38,000 per month
  • Team Leader (5+ years experience in the same profile): Up to ₹45,000 per month

Additional Opening:

  • Business Development Executive (3+ years experience): Up to ₹55,000 per month

Responsibilities & Requirements

Talent Acquisition Team (All Levels): Responsibilities will scale with experience level and include full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and maintaining recruitment metrics. Junior roles (1-2 years) will focus more on coordination, scheduling, documentation, candidate screening & lineups while more experienced roles (3+ years) will handle strategic sourcing, hiring manager partnerships, specialized positions, process improvement, candidate experience enhancement, revenue generation and client management. The Team Leader role (5+ years) will additionally oversee team management, strategy development, recruitment budget allocation, revenue generation, performance coaching, Client handling and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

All talent acquisition positions require strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency with ATS systems, MS Office, Job Portals, LinkedIn and knowledge of recruitment techniques. Advanced positions require demonstrated success in filling diverse roles, Boolean search expertise, analytical capabilities, and mentorship skills. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required for all positions.

Business Development Executive: Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities & retaining the existing clients, building client relationships, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting targets. Requirements include proven business developmentg experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, self-motivation, and proficiency with CRM software.
