Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Recruiting Team Lead for a full-time position in New friends colony, South Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring a maximum of 10 years of experience to lead and optimize our recruiting efforts. This role involves managing a team and coordinating recruiting strategies to meet the company's talent acquisition goals effectively. The Senior level position requires exceptional leadership abilities, specializing in team handling and talent acquisition.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and the ability to source, attract, and recruit high-quality candidates.
- Exceptional team handling skills to manage and inspire a recruiting team effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Team handling experience of at least 3 years is a must.
- Proficiency in ATS management to streamline candidate tracking and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Strong people management skills to facilitate a collaborative and high-performance recruiting environment.
- Expertise in client onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Experience in crafting and implementing recruiting strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Must demonstrate ability in talent acquisition, showcasing a track record of successful placements (Mandatory skill).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiting professionals to achieve strategic and operational recruiting objectives.
- Develop and drive recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain a qualified pool of candidates.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth process from sourcing to placement.
- Implement and maintain best practices in ATS management for streamlined candidate tracking and placements.
- Enhance relationships with stakeholders and maintain regular communication to meet their recruiting needs.
- Oversee client onboarding processes to facilitate seamless entry of new hires into the organization.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve strategies and processes continuously.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable recruiting-related legal and professional standards.
