Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
  • Strong ability to handle payroll processing with attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Experience in recruitment coordination, managing job postings, and scheduling interviews efficiently.
  • Ability to manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Expertise in performance management systems, assisting in the appraisal process and employee development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and management reporting tasks within the HR function.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with effective time management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with employees across different levels.
  • MS Excel and excellent communication skills is a must.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the employee onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.
  • Process payroll accurately and timely, resolving any discrepancies and answering related employee queries.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews, supporting selection processes, and managing offers.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in the implementation of performance management systems and help with performance appraisals.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to assist management in decision-making processes.
  • Provide support in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects within the HR department to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
