Responsibilities:


• Accountable for driving and generating revenue for the business unit working on outbound sales inquiries on phone calls or chats.

• Attending business networking events to generate leads

• Create and maintain database for outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn and other networking platforms.

• Market research to develop warm leads

• Develop an outreach mechanism through SOPs to reach out to target customers for generating leads.

• Upsell additional services as required to prospects.

• Get an understanding of the services offered at Infidigit on a regular basis by attending interna trainings as and when required.

• Deliver the monthly target as assigned by the business

• Understands pipeline management, working on opportunities/leads through ZOHO or other CRM tools and be able to present a report on a weekly basis to the leadership team.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

• Enable the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client status.

• Adhere to SOPs for lead conversion and onboarding to ensure successful client onboarding.

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

• Maintaining client records.
