We have a requirement to add Safety assessors (combined with training experience) in Company as a freelancer (day wise) or as Full-time contractors (agency role). We are looking for candidates worked with the Hospitality industry, Facility management or FMCG with sound knowledge in EHS requirements  

The salary range for this position is up to 20 Lacs per annum. Candidates from the Hospitality industry, Facility management or FMCG are preferred. 

Job description:

·       Conduct professional audits / trainings on relevant EHS protocols in line with Company Philosophy

·       Ensure timely deliverables – assessment and reports. Updating same in Assessment tool.

·       Prioritise key customers and represent Company SCPA professionally for delivery.

·       Ensure customer relations and resolve any customer complaints/concerns timely

·       Leading team to execute assessments at customer site, including submission of reports on agreed time

·       Training of employees on EHS requirements

·       Awareness with legal and compliance requirements as required by industry. Interpret legal & statutory requirements as applicable to industry

·       Check and verify at customer sites on EHS requirements that applicable guidelines are implemented

·       Experience in business report preparation

Position Qualification

·       Graduate or Post Graduate degree + Specialization course in Safety field from reputed institution

·       Worked in any Hospitality industry, Facility management, FMCG, will be preferred

·       Wide work experience with safety projects in Manufacturing sector / Process Industry/ Chemical sector (5-10 years of work experience, leading team of 5-10 members)

·       Having 2-4 years auditing experience

·       Strong exposure in Safety advisory and auditing or in Safety project implementation on-site

·       Awareness about EHS legal requirements in India.

·       Candidates with good communication skills, auditing skills, report preparation, computer savvy 

·       Having experience in conducting assessments or audits with ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/ OHSAS 18001 standard requirements

Location: anywhere in India across all metros (Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai)
