ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Breaking down key business data, design, Implement and run business intelligence applications (BI) to deliver actionable information to Management and Stake holders.
• Managing and Analyzing information pertaining to the Sales and Business activity for the company.
• Developing advanced reporting, analytics and dashboards
• Follow ups with the Branches for their monthly targets achievement and providing them support for the same
• Ensuring timely submission of Management reports along with their detail analysis.
• Take ownership of, enhance, and optimize end-to-end sales and marketing data management processes in conjunction with sales and marketing stakeholders
• Preparing Presentation on Power point
• Know-how of the basics of CRM.
• Visualization of the CRM data through customised dashboards based on the needs of each business unit
• Provide data-driven insights to management and business units about opportunities and threats that they were previously unaware of
• Supervise and ensuring proper usage of the CRM across the region
• Monitoring and tracking the use of various Sales Tools and any other applicable programmes such as e-Learning platforms, CRM, Quote Module etc.
• Assisting the regional Sales Administration Manager in day-to-day activity
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence, data warehouses, Data analysis, Database management and reporting,
• Excellent Communication skills and critical thinking, Knowledge of MS Office (Ms. Excel, Power Point, Analytical skills, reporting)
• Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks and demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task in high pressure performance driven environments
• Ability to balance stakeholder experience and internal expectations.
• Broad understanding of modern inbound/outbound sales & marketing strategy and concepts
Education (academic/professional) UG – B. Arts / B.Com / B.SC
PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
Years of relevant experience
(local, regional, global, technical/specialized etc) Min.4-5 years of Experience in BI
