Job Overview

As a Coworking Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into clients for our flexible office spaces. Your goal is to maximize occupancy, enhance client experience, and contribute to revenue growth.




Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct site tours, understand client needs, and present tailored workspace solutions.
  • Sales Conversion: Close deals and meet/exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing members and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies in the coworking industry.
  • CRM Management: Ensure timely updates of leads, follow-ups, and deal status in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience and sales performance.

Key Requirements


Experience: Min 1 year of experience is n coworking, real estate, hospitality, or B2B sales.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in coworking space sales or commercial real estate.
