Key Responsibilities

1. Supervision & Daily Operations

• Oversee housekeeping staff across all assigned co-working centers.
• Prepare and monitor daily cleaning schedules for common areas, meeting rooms, washrooms, and pantry spaces.
• Ensure prompt resolution of housekeeping-related issues.

2. Staff Training & Development

• Conduct regular training sessions on cleaning techniques, equipment handling, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Cross-train staff to handle multiple housekeeping functions.

3. Quality & Hygiene Standards

• Maintain company-set hygiene and sanitation standards in all areas.
• Conduct routine inspections and spot checks.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

4. Inventory & Procurement Coordination

• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for supply orders and equipment servicing.
• Maintain inventory records.

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with the Facilities and Operations team to address member concerns.
• Prepare weekly housekeeping reports for management.
• Support event setups and post-event cleanups.
