Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and technically strong Lead 3D Visualizer to manage and mentor our 3D visualization team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of photorealistic renders, collaborating closely with design teams, and interacting with clients to understand and translate their vision into compelling visuals. Prior experience in commercial or office interiors is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 3D visualizers to ensure high-quality output.
• Review and guide visualization concepts, render quality, lighting, and detailing.
• Collaborate with 2D designers and space planners to interpret design briefs effectively.
• Handle direct communication with clients to understand visual requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Develop and maintain rendering standards and workflow processes within the team.
• Allocate tasks, review progress, and provide creative and technical direction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and visualization techniques.
• Ensure timely delivery of visuals aligned with project milestones and client expectations.
• Work closely with the Design Coordinator/Project team for smooth design-to-visual transition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in 3D visualization, with at least 1–2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
• Strong eye for detail, composition, lighting, textures, and material accuracy.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in commercial office interiors or corporate workspace design is a must.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of animation or walkthrough rendering is a plus.
• Experience with rendering plug-ins and asset libraries.
• Basic understanding of architecture or interior detailing.
