Job description
1. Roles & Responsibilities
•Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, prospecting, and closing deals.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
•Ability to work independently effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
•Self-driven, strategic mindset, and drives business growth in global markets.
•Find new business or develop new prospects to increase Sales.
• This role requires an individual to consistently achieve sales goals.
•Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize time, and meet deadlines.
2. Preferred candidate profile
•Minimum 1-5 years of sales experience preferably outbound sales.
•Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
•Familiarity with the US market is a plus.
•Hands on experience working with MS Tools (Word, Excel & Power Point)
•Team player and Individual contributor.
•Coachable
•Successful sales track record
•Comfortable with the Shift timing 6:30 PM to 3:30
AM IST.
•Preferred Immediate Joiner or 15 days’ Notice Period.
