Job Designation - International Customer service



Requirements:


• Excellent Communication in English.

• Minimum 8months of Experience is required in International Inbound

Voice Calling.

• Candidates must be comfortable working in night Shifts.

• Work from Office role

• Candidates should be ready to join immediately.

• Working Days: 5 (Rotational Week off)



Roles and Responsibilities:


• Respond to complaints.

• Inform customers of product, program, and service information.

• Answer customer questions.

• Record engagements with customers.

• Process orders and handle returns.
