Role and Responsibilities:
- Candidates should open to work in Evening and night shift + rotational weekly off.
- Candidate should be able to speak French fluently.
- Should have good level of Oral comprehension, reading ability and reading comprehension skills.
- Candidate should be able to achieve daily calls and sales targets.
- Candidate should be willing to work from office.
- Candidate should not have any long leave request within 3 months of joining.
- Candidate should be able to work as bilingual.
- Candidate should be able to Meet client expectation and process metrics.
- Should be immediate joiner.
- Candidate should be flexible to move in different LOB’S (inbound or Outbound) as per internal process requirements.
