Job Description: -

1. Handling the customer queries over chats only

2. Resolving customer queries and concerns.

3. Assisting Customer if they are facing a problem.

4. Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.

Requirement: -

1. Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.

2.Excellent Chat handling and communication skills.

3. Retail chat support experience can add an advantage.
