Attending Inbound calls from Customers and resolving their Queries. Candidate with Inbound experience will be added advantage. Candidate must have good command in English, Tamil & any 1or all languages- Hindi/ Malayalam/ Telugu/ Kannada.

Required Candidate profile

Graduate candidates with good communication skills with English, Telugu/ Kannada/ Malayalam/ Tamil. Exposure in BPO voice process will be added advantage. Immediate joiners preferable.
