Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales and growth in IT services, software solutions, and website development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels and AI tools.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored IT solutions.
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations; negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in software and website development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, client interactions, and market analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client management in the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of software development, website design, and IT services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, sales automation, and lead tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong personal network
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling international clients and offshore projects.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, eCommerce platforms, and cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and IT project lifecycles.
