Job Overview
Ocube Services is seeking a skilled Finance Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Noida and revolves around vital financial operations like accounts payable, receivable, and financial analysis. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, including tracking and validation of all invoices. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience in accounts receivable procedures, involving tracking receivables and ensuring due collections. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong financial analysis skills to interpret financial data, assess performance, and provide relevant insights. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in financial reporting, including the ability to prepare accurate financial documents and maintain financial integrity.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting to help in planning, managing resources, and aligning with company goals.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating detailed spreadsheets, analysis, and data visualizations.
- Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple financial operations accurately.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports that support strategic financial decisions within the organization.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes by compiling data and preparing relevant financial analyses.
- Maintain precise financial records and handle accounting software used in recording transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent financial management across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external financial policies and regulations.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring all financial documents are completed accurately.
- Provide support during audits with prepared data and reports for audit compliance and accuracy.
