Asset Management

The Hardware - Asset Management Manager will support the day to day activities of a cross-functional team to deliver ITAM Services for internal customers along with team management. The role will require experience in IT Asset Management - ITAM and the functions that support asset life-cycle management.

Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of IT experience related to Hardware IT Asset Management, with a bachelor s degree
• Should have experience in IT/Hardware Asset Management
• Proficiency in IT Asset Management Life-cycle & Hardware Configuration Management
• Knowledge on any Asset management tool
• Deploy, Maintain and track of the Assets
• Asset discovery knowledge, Good Understanding of IT assets and their usages
• Good working knowledge of ITSM systems like ServiceNow/Remedy
• Demonstrate a working understanding of hardware asset management policies, procedures and best practices
• An understanding of Quality Assurance concepts and practices as related to ITAM
• Utilization and Compliance identification of Assets
• Identify the gaps and raise it to the Management
• The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams & vendors
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and present results to business leaders
• Help create technical documentation and manuals
• Idea on SEZ process and policies
