Job Overview


We are looking for a Sales Manager, Business Loan to join our team at IIFL Finance. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business loan sales and achieving targets. This is a full-time position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in the financial services industry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Good understanding of financial products and services
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Drive business loan sales and achieve targets through DSA connects
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries
  • Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers
  • Ensure timely documentation and processing of loan applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement process
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
