Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our Loan Against Property team. As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our Loan Against Property business. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The successful candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • More than 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on mortgage or loan sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
  • In-depth knowledge of loan against property products and market dynamics
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify improvement areas
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets for Loan Against Property
  • Ticket size 50 lac to 5 Cr.
  • Lead and manage a team of loan sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Build and develop strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry professionals
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the loan portfolio
  • Manage the end-to-end loan sales process, including lead generation, application processing, and loan closure
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance customer experience
