Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operation Risk Manager to join our team at IIFL Finance. As an Operation Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating operational risks within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Andheri, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• CA qualified or Master's degree or in a relevant field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in operational risk management.
• Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional certifications in risk management (e.g., FRM, PRM) will be advantageous.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and assess operational risks across IIFL Finance
• Do a RCA (Root Cause Analysis) & Control testing
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address risk-related issues.
• Provide guidance and support to operational teams in managing risks.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to operational risk management.
• Prepare and present reports on operational risk management to senior management.
