Job Overview

We are seeking a Gold Loan Executive to join our team at IIFL Finance. As a Gold Loan Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers in obtaining gold loans. This is a full-time position with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years). The job location is Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of gold valuation and loan procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding the gold loan process and provide guidance throughout the application process
• Evaluate gold ornaments and determine the loan amount based on the gold value
• Manage documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
• Perform credit checks and assess the eligibility of customers for gold loans
• Maintain detailed records of customer information and loan transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in gold loan policies and regulations
