Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative for a full-time, mid-level position located in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 years of work experience in sales, focusing on lead generation, product demonstration, and B2B sales to drive the expansion of ICPURE's innovative water ionizer products.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Strong skills in product demonstration, especially in explaining technical details to potential clients.
  • Proficiency in executing B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical skills with the capacity to analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented approach to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present and promote ICPURE's product line.
  • Generate leads through networking, and attending industry events and exhibitions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to educate customers and highlight the benefits of our technology.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, industry regulations, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure excellent post-sale support to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
