Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting our finance team in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and records in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and audits.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and budgeting activities.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collections from clients, following up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation and filing systems.
• Support the finance manager in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
