Qualifications and Skills

• Content Creation (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to produce engaging video content tailored to a real estate audience.
• On-Camera Presence (Mandatory skill): Exceptional comfort and professionalism when presenting on camera, capable of building viewer trust and interest.
• Analytics Tools (e.g., YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics) (Mandatory skill): Experienced in leveraging analytics tools to track engagement and improve channel performance.
• Scriptwriting: Ability to craft compelling scripts that capture viewer interest and effectively convey key messaging.
• Social Media Engagement: Skilled at engaging with audiences across various social media platforms to enhance brand presence and viewer retention.
