Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team at Housiey's Mumbai and Thane offices. This full-time, junior-level position will involve working closely with potential clients, leading them through the sales process, and collaborating with top developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and be adept at managing client relationships and site visits.
- Qualifications and SkillsProven expertise in real estate sales with a focus on channel partnerships and residential sales (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional ability to generate and nurture leads through various methods including digital marketing and personal referrals.
- Strong sales negotiation skills, capable of converting inquiries into successful property bookings.
- Excellent communication skills, vital for interacting with clients and enhancing their property buying experience.
- Effective team management skills to lead and inspire sales associates towards meeting company objectives.
- Experience in cold calling, with the confidence to reach out to potential clients and inform them about new projects.
- Ability to explain complex project details clearly and concisely to potential clients.
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Mumbai and Thane to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesEngage with leads generated by the marketing team and provide detailed information about our real estate projects.
- Convince potential clients to schedule site visits by highlighting the unique features and benefits of properties.
- Conduct site visits with prospective clients, addressing all their queries and showcasing the properties effectively.
- Guide clients through the final booking process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying transaction experience.
- Collaborate with top developers and internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and strategies for lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat and referral business.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity and client feedback to inform team and leadership decisions.
