Job Role: Real Estate Executive Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and establish relationships with real estate developers, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem.

• Market Expansion: Strategically develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s footprint.

• Partnership Development: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and sustained business growth.

• Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed revenue targets by driving sales and onboarding high-value clients.

• Lead Management: Generate and manage leads effectively through various channels including referrals, industry events, and digital platforms.

• Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our offerings.

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and potential business opportunities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales pipelines, client feedback, and market insights to the leadership team


. Skills & Qualifications

: • Experience: 2-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the real estate or allied industries.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate, architecture, and interior design sectors.

• Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and create data-driven strategies.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address client needs and resolve challenges.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
