Responsibilities

 

1. Project Planning and Execution:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including task assignments, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Apply agile methodologies and best practices to drive project success.

2. Team Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and high performance.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members in adopting and implementing agile practices.
  • Identify and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team.

3. Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their feedback is incorporated into project planning and execution.

4. Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Proactively monitor and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders and facilitate their resolution.

5. Continuous Improvement:

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team and the organization.
  • Conduct retrospectives and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process enhancements and share lessons learned to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

 

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or similar role, successfully delivering projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
  • Experience handling Bot related project is a plus.
