- Create and curate engaging content for blogs, social media, and other platforms.
Monitor community activities, enforce guidelines, and address conflicts.
- Assist in expanding the reach and influence of online communities.
- Collect feedback from community members and report findings.
- Collaborate with other departments and track key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a communications, marketing, or related program.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media and community management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for building and nurturing online communities.
