Profile – Salesforce sales engineer

Shift – International Shift (4pm-2am)

Location – Noida 68

Working days- Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-user adoption of Salesforce solutions.

• Configure and customize clients requirements

• Document and analyze required information and data

• Proactively identify and address issues related to Salesforce configuration and user adoption.

• Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications.

• Perform research and implement best practices into problem avoidance and continuous improvement.

Key Skills –

·     The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor degree

·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·     Potential or experience in people coordination skills.
