Job Description & Specification:

Executive & Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisiton Onboarding

·Develop and maintain relationships with internal & external candidates, professional organizations and other sources of applicant referral.

·Collection of Documents for Onboarding and Background verification

·Sharing Documentation and BGV status with internal stakeholders

·Initiate BGV and other activities related to BGV

Qualifications

• Graduate

Mandatory Skill Sets

• PC/Technology skills – basic proficiency in word processing, Internet and excel sheets.

Work Experience:

• Min 1.5 to 2 yrs of experience – Sr. Executive
• Fresher or 6 months experience- Executive

Soft skills required

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Good client interfacing skills
• Pleasing Personality
• Energetic and self-driven individual and a go-getter
