We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of our AIF, PMS, Mutual Funds and other Investment Banking products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the investment landscape, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), family offices, and institutional investors for AIF, PMS, Mutual funds and other Investment products.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, wealth managers, investment advisors, and distribution partners.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets across investment products.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams, including portfolio managers, investment research, and marketing, to align client solutions with business goals.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry, specifically focused on HNI clients and portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market opportunities and client needs.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
