We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer with over 5 years of experience in designing, planning, and executing landscape projects. The ideal candidate should have Residential, and urban landscape design expertise, ensuring aesthetics, sustainability, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop innovative landscape designs for residential and commercial projects.

· Prepare conceptual sketches, master plans, and 3D visualizations.

· Select suitable plants, materials, hardscape elements, and irrigation systems.

· Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers for seamless integration of landscape elements.

· Ensure compliance with environmental and zoning regulations.

· Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and soil testing.

· Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and government authorities.

· Oversee on-site execution to ensure designs are implemented as planned.

· Stay updated with the latest trends, software, and sustainability practices in landscaping.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Revit, and GIS software.

· Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping.

· Ability to work with budgets, timelines, and project constraints.

· Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.

· Experience in urban planning, rooftop gardens, parks, and green infrastructure projects
