Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Key Account Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore, Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position focused on managing key accounts, enhancing customer relationships, and implementing customer retention strategies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Salesforce and CRM Software, with a strong understanding of client relationship management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in using Salesforce (Mandatory skill) to manage customer data and interactions effectively.
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM Software (Mandatory skill) for tracking and improving customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of Customer Retention Strategies (Mandatory skill) to enhance client loyalty and business profitability.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills for sealing deals and maximizing benefits for both the company and its clients.
- Effective Client Relationship Management to maintain and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with key clients.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis to interpret trends and provide actionable insights for account planning and development.
- Capability in Account Planning to strategize and prioritize actions that drive revenue growth within key accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, presentations, and communication with stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Implement customer retention strategies aimed at sustaining long-term loyalty and business success.
- Collaborate with other departments to align account requirements with organizational goals and capabilities.
- Conduct frequent account reviews and provide comprehensive feedback to clients to improve services.
- Identify potential opportunities within assigned accounts and develop plans to exploit them effectively.
- Utilize data analysis to forecast account growth and prepare reports that highlight key trends and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins while satisfying customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and new market opportunities to drive strategic account planning.
- Good at communication Hindi and English
