Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the lead generation & revenue targets for B2B vertical
  • Own the growth & roadmap for B2B vertical, including identification of growth levers and channels
  • Formulate the strategy & implement the plans to acquire B2B in-bound leads for various categories of organisations (corporates, educational institutions)
  • Make data-driven decisions on allocation of marketing budgets, enabled by tracking CAC, ROI and other key metrics
  • Devising communication strategy to educate the market on EWP and Amaha’s key USPs.
  • Working with the content team to create marketing collaterals required by the sales team to enable conversions.
  • Establish and manage channels for organic long-term growth (including SEO, emails, events, partnerships, etc.)
  • Design, execute, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns across channels

Ideal Candidate

  • Graduation or Post Graduation
  • 2-4 years of work experience in B2B marketing, owned revenue targets and delivered on those.
  • Sales acumen is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in revenue generation & owning targets
  • Analytical thinking & quantitative analysis to drive decision making
  • Ability to deeply understand user journey & identify key acquisition touchpoints
  • Ability to iterate rapidly, based on new information or changing environment
  • Prior experience in startups preferred
  • Interest and/or experience in mental health preferred
