Function/ Department: Outbound Sales Responsibilities:

• Must be comfortable in generating leads through tele-calling.

• Must keep track of all leads generated on regular basis.

• Noting important details of each conversation.
• 
  
• Attend weekly meetings/trainings with managers and trainers for regular progress.
• 
  
• Addressing clients queries or grievances about products or the company.
• 
  
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• 
  
• Knows how to cross gatekeeper

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication.
• 
  
• Prior experience into Outbound Sales or Telecaller or similar role.
• 
  
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• 
  
• Freshers with good command over English can apply.
• 
  
• Candidates from banking sectors and/or experience in UK market will be a plus point (UK process)
• Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
• 
  
• Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
