Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer Junior to join our dynamic team at Hakke Industries' headquarters in Bangalore. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with a maximum of 3 years of work experience, eager to contribute to our legacy in the manufacturing industry. Qualifications and Skills

• Must have a strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) to create detailed design layouts and revisions.
• Competence in Lean Manufacturing (Mandatory skill) practices, focusing on waste reduction and process optimization.
• Experience with PLC Programming (Mandatory skill), essential for managing and troubleshooting automated systems.
• Proficiency in using SolidWorks to develop complex 3D models and product designs for street lighting poles.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Hands-on experience with 3D Printing technology applied to prototyping and manufacturing processes.
• Skilled in CNC Machining, able to operate and oversee various automated equipment integral to production.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, crucial for data tracking, analysis, and reporting requirements in a manufacturing setting.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of production processes focused on efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with the senior engineering team in troubleshooting and optimizing manufacturing workflows.
• Develop and refine AutoCAD drawings for production and project planning purposes.
• Participate in the maintenance and configuration of automated systems using PLC Programming.
• Monitor and analyze production data to ensure alignment with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean principles and Six Sigma techniques.
• Support the introduction and integration of new technologies like 3D printing within the production line.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to align production goals with company objectives.
