Work Mode – Remote

Work timings – 5 days (8 hours)

Eligibility - UG & PG graduates, Business administration or related field

Responsibilities:

• Creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interview schedules
• Support HR team with onboarding new hires and preparing offer letters
• Participate in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
• Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives
• Assist in creating engaging content for recruitment marketing campaigns
• Provide administrative support to HR and marketing teams as needed
