  • Must have experience as HRBP
  • Must have experience in financial and banking sector
  • Must have experience in bulk recruitment

  • Business and Financial Management - Adherence to TAT for recruitment - Hiring efficiency and quality. - Data accuracy. - Cost of hiring


  • Customer Focus - New joinee focus - Training Delivery - Employee Engagement Activities - Alignment with Business / Risk and Collection Cluster Managers.


  • People / Team - New hire voluntary attrition - High performer attrition in the branch - Completion of PMS and VOE -


  • Process / Quality Improvement - Closure on HC backend Operations
