Job Overview

xxx xxx Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 7 years' experience and up to 10 years in the industry. The position is located in Mahasamund and is a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electrical engineering with a focus on AutoCAD Electrical, Electrical Safety Standards, and electrical engineering principles.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, with a comprehensive understanding of creating electrical designs and layouts (Mandatory skill).
• Thorough knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all facets of electrical system design (Mandatory skill).
• Advanced expertise in electrical engineering, including problem-solving and innovation in electrical systems (Mandatory skill).
• Experienced in utilizing ETAP for electrical network analysis and monitoring performance metrics accurately.
• Skilled in conducting load flow analysis to optimize electrical system efficiency and stability.
• Working knowledge of SCADA systems for process control and data analysis across electrical infrastructures.
• Exposure to renewable energy systems and understanding of their implementation and integration in existing setups.
• Strong project management skills to oversee various engineering projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical specifications.
• Review and analyze electrical schematics and specifications to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Execute detailed engineering tasks efficiently, interpreting project requirements and delivering on timelines.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to integrate electrical designs into broader project frameworks.
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met consistently.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify and rectify faults proactively.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
• Provide technical support and expertise during installation, commissioning, and operational phases of projects.
