Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior MIS Executive to join our team in Raipur on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience and will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support our recruitment efforts. This position requires a strong aptitude for data analysis and the ability to handle multiple software tools effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory for efficiently handling and analyzing large data sets, creating pivot tables, and utilizing complex formulas for data comparison.
• Expertise in data analysis not only to interpret complex data but also to translate findings into actionable intelligence. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in Tally for performing accurate accounting and financial reporting tasks essential in maintaining organized data records. (Mandatory skill)
• Hands-on experience with SQL for detailed database querying and managing data structures to support decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with Power BI for creating comprehensive data visualization dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Capable of reporting automation to streamline the process of generating and distributing reports, saving time and reducing errors.
• Experience using Google Analytics for tracking website traffic and conversion metrics, providing insight into digital recruitment strategies.
• Data management skills to ensure the integrity and security of data, implementing best practices for database upkeep and updating.

• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest data analysis tools and technologies.
• Provide technical support and training to staff members regarding data systems and software applications used in recruitment processes.
