Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in supply chain management to optimize logistics processes and ensure timely delivery of goods (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with transportation management systems to streamline transportation operations and reduce costs (Mandatory skill).
• Strong vendor management skills to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and service providers (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems to efficiently manage warehouse operations and improve workflow.
• Ability to conduct inventory management to keep track of stock levels and minimize shortages.
• Expertise in strategic planning to develop and implement long-term logistics strategies.
• Understanding of RFID technology to enhance tracking and security of inventory and assets.
• Hands-on experience in stock management to ensure accurate stock counts and availability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the entire logistics process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Manage transportation activities, including timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure cost-effective and reliable services.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and excessive stockpiling.
• Implement and optimize warehouse management practices to enhance storage and retrieval processes.
• Analyze and improve supply chain operations to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Utilize RFID and other technologies to track inventory and improve security measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to align logistics activities with overall business objectives.
