Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in PLC Programming to design, implement, and maintain programs for automated systems (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with SCADA Systems for real-time data acquisition and control processes (Mandatory skill).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Automation Systems to diagnose and solve control system issues (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with Siemens TIA Portal for system configuration and network communication tasks.
• Knowledge of Allen-Bradley RSLogix software to create and optimize PLC programs.
• Ability to develop Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems for effective operator interaction.
• Understanding of Electrical Circuit Design to create and review electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Competence in Industrial Networking Protocols to ensure reliable and efficient data exchange between devices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PLC programs to enhance existing automation systems and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated solutions within the production process.
• Implement and manage SCADA systems to monitor operations and provide accurate real-time data for improved decision-making.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC and automation systems to minimize downtime and ensure consistency.
• Assist in electrical circuit design and modifications to meet changing production needs and enhance system safety.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff to optimize their understanding and operation of PLC systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations regarding all implemented automated processes.
• Continuously identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance performance.
